Golden Pumpkin Porridge steamboat is Lin Yuan's signature. The soup base is rather special unlike the usual watery-base or perhaps the clear porridge (in Pudu). One could taste a slight sweetness from the pumpkin in every sip of the light porridge. And I like the concept of cooking in a clay pot.
