El Meson [Dinner] @ Bangsar

El Meson is known for its Iberico ham, a type of cured ham. The black Spanish Iberian pig (cerdo negro) are fed organically with barley, herbs, acorns and maize which is why it is good for our cholesterol... The hams are salted and left to dry for two months before curing process for at least 12 to 36 months. [Wiki]

Cafe Cafe Fine Dining @ KL

A hidden gem in a least expected area, Jalan Maharajalela instead of Champs Elysees. I was blown away by the intimate yet elegant classic decadence of the continental European charm.

Cafe Cafe's Menu is a blend of modern and traditional French dishes using "old-world renaissance techniques" and "fine new-world innovations".

French Apéritif and some Carbo to start,

Baked Escargot With Butter And Parsley

Cafe Cafe Signature - Duck Confit
Pan Fried Tiger Prawns With Aioli

Lemon Sorbet
Chocolate Tart

Don Too Jap Fast Food@ Melbourne

Don Don/ Too has been my reliable cheap place for Jap food especially during my uni days. It's located along the Little Lonsdale St (between King & Bourke St).

Sashi Don $8+
(Salmon Sashimi on Rice served with salad, mushrooms, ginger..)

Don Don Box $8+
(Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Sukiyaki, salad on Rice Box)
These are the two most pricey dishes in the (less than 10 items) menu, pay attention to the quality (and quantity) and please try to restrain from comparing with 'our so-called Jap Fast Food King?'...

Address:
330 Little Lonsdale St
Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia

Water Front @ Port Melbourne

WaterFront Station Pier is 15 minutes tram-ride away from the city which provides "an elegant oasis for lunch alfresco" with a strong emphasis on seafood.

Near the entrance, showcase catch-of-the-day with an open kitchen concept.

Wiki says : Port Melbourne serves as a transport hub for passenger and cargo vessels including the Spirit of Tasmania.
As manufacturing industry has moved out of the inner city area, Port Melbourbe has become a residential suburb (luxury).

The suburb is bordered by the shore of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River.
