44 King St @ Perth

Despite learning about the not-so-nice-reviews about this place, there are still people crowded into this rustic cafe/restaurant from time to time.

From the cafe, overlooking King Street aka the upmarket lane-way of Perth..

The menu too themed-up well with the dining ambiance,

the never-ending wine list..

Scrambled Eggs & Venison Sausages
with Toasts and Rocket Salad
On an English muffin topped with ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce (an emulsion of egg yolk + butter + lemon juice + salt & pepper),

Eggs Benedict

The coffee is OK (not as bad as it was reviewed), but the hard wooden seats did not keep us too long in the cafe.
