Cava Spanish Restaurant @ Bangsar

We have seen the sudden emergence of the Spanish influences in town, such as El Meson (in Bangsar) and Bar Madrid (of Jaya One). This reminds me of a visit to the great Spanish restaurant, Cava.

This is the story.. “Bar tenders were said to have placed a slice of bread on top of customer’s glasses in order to keep flies and insects out of their drinks. Later, the creativity of certain bar tenders saw slices of cheese and ham added on the bread which created very enticing snacks.”
