Up for some healthy and guilt-free treat? Kindori in Times Square adopted the Blast Freezing technology to obviously blast the frozen fruits which then blend with fresh milk base ice-cream. This wasn't my first time, I've tried it in Hong Kong, a road side stall and not Kindori for sure.

The first thing one would do when he/she's in an ice-cream shop is to peek-through their freezer glass windows. But, all I see was various types of frozen fruit and a piece of machine which looks a little like a mini-decanter. I was then asked to order from a menu consisting mainly of fruits (and wasabi?) We ordered the Mango + Pineapple, Raspberry + Strawberry and Black sesame (Buy 2 Free 1 Promotion).
